There are games suggested for Physical fitness however Chess is one game that derives the mental ability of a person. It’s one of the most authentic and exciting game we have been playing since ages.

Some basic use of playing Chess

Strategy – First and the foremost requirement of the game is one has to be strategize to win over the other emperor. You may need to think in every possible manner, in fact may need to change the thought strategy as how the opponents is are thinking couldn’t be guessed. It needs lot of patience and calculation to formulate a strategy. Hence it will make the person learn to think and analyze deeply and then come up with any plan.

Flexibility – Another attribute required to play the game of chess is flexible in thought process. It’s because of the fact that even the opponent is strategically thinking with all permutation and combinations. So you need not leave a space for any of the possible situations. However the moment you start calculations then you would be able to guess the opponents plan as well. It increases ability to think in all possible manners and makes the person prepare for most of the scenarios.

Creativity – The game by design of it would ensure that the players are thinking creatively as it’s a mind game with all the combinations in mind. As you cannot leave any stone unturned you need to be creative in your thought process. Think out of the box and that will not restrict you and your mind.

It has also been observed that Chess players are in the habit of following the rules and procedures. They go by the book completely and with all the rules and regulations they come up with all possible combinations to win over. The game adds lot of value to a person and makes him a perfect human being. It instills Integrity and loyalty in a person, which are some important attributes of successful people. Nothing could be manipulated in the game and structured with No biases as it’s the battle of two armies.
