BOARDING AND LODGING

Boarding & Lodging will be free for all GM / WGMs and for one official player each under Men and Women section, one boy and girl of all the age groups from Affiliated Commonwealth Federations.

Lodging will be free for all Foreign IM/WIMs and all Indian IM’S on twin sharing basis and free accommodation for all other players. However, accompanying persons will have to make their own arrangement, the charges are as under.

Star Hotel            -              Single Occupancy          -           US $ 75 including of Boarding.
Star Hotel            -              Double Occupancy         -           US $ 125 including of Boarding.

Participants from abroad must make all payments in cash on arrival.

ENTRY VISA

• Entry Visa will be issued by the Indian Diplomatic Mission in the respective countries.
• A letter by All India Chess Federation will be issued.
• Participants from countries which do not have Indian Diplomatic Missions may contact  All India Chess Federation for VISA  purpose at lease 30 days in advance.
